The integrated modular system enables the creation of single or multi-station setups, assembly or production lines, and supply trolleys using a minimal number of components. Avero's unique connection technology allows the combination of standard steel parts with aluminum profile assemblies. Tools and materials can be stored efficiently on perfo panels and ergonomically adjustable shelves, keeping everything within easy reach.

We tailor storage areas and FIFO tracks to match your specific load carriers and containers. Our design team will also address unique requirements that extend beyond our standard avero system

The design evolves into a practical assembly system as we collaborate closely with you on the finer details. Our ongoing dialogue is maintained through web meetings or in-person, ensuring your input at every stage. The avero system is manufactured in Germany, using our efficient and precise processes, while specialised components are sourced through our extensive network of partners and suppliers.

Individual workstations are delivered fully assembled, ensuring they're ready for immediate use, and a quick and efficient transition phase. Assembly lines are pre-assembled, with optimised packaging sizes based on individual budgets. Our skilled installation team handles the dismantling or adaptation of existing systems, offering support worldwide.

Flexible assembly systems are continuously evolving, allowing you to adapt and grow. That's why it's important to choose a modular workstation system from the beginning. Regularly check the efficiency of your assembly system with your bott consultant, enabling quick adaptations. You can make numerous adjustments directly within the system, while we quickly make any additional changes using new modules or accessories.
