After the bott family business was managed by its owners during the first 74 years of its company history, the shareholders transferred the management of the group of companies to the managing directors Dr. Reinhard Wollermann-Windgasse and Clive Woodward in 2004.

History

Wilhelm Bott founded a mechanical workshop in a mill near Gaildorf back in 1930 - the nucleus of today's Bott Group. As early as 1940, the company employed 70 people. Today, the Group employs around 1300 staff (2021) and achieved annual sales of EUR 170 million (2021).
