Jan Willem Jongert has been the Bott Group's CEO and chairman of the Group Management Committee since 2018. His fellow Management Board member and Chief Operating Officer (COO) René Leroux has been by his side since 2022. Nick Smith heads the Group's subsidiary Bott Ltd. in Great Britain.
