The Technical Centre itself provides world-class engineering, aerospace, automotive facilities and training resources for the South West region. The extension supports an expansion in the college’s wide range of courses, providing industry-led teaching spaces, workshops and laboratories for both practical and academic learning, meeting a growing demand locally, regionally and nationally.
Aaron Learnihan, Regional Account Manager of Bott Reseller ‘Brammer Buck & Hickman’ has formed a good relationship with the staff at Exeter College, so when Lecturer Colin Hewes needed to kit out the new workshop, he contacted Aaron for advice.
When asked why he recommended storage solutions from Bott, Aaron said:
The College were looking to buy 10 mobile cabinets for their new workshop. After some discussion about various suitable products, I convinced Colin and his Boss that due to their superior build quality and a 10 year guarantee, choosing Bott as their workplace storage partner was the best option by far.
Mandy Bickle, UK Channel Development Manager at Bott secured a special price for the college, comprising 10 mobile cabinets from the bott verso range. The affordability of the products helped them to fund another 4 cabinets for the first workshop, and secured a further order of 14 for a second workshop.
After delivery, Aaron and Mandy visited Exeter College for a tour of the Technical Centre to view the newly installed cabinets and to meet the students and staff. Andy Wells, Head of Faculty, was extremely impressed with new roller cabinets and also the service provided by both Brammer, Buck & Hickman and Bott.
