After the bott family business was managed by its owners during the first 74 years of its company history, the shareholders transferred the management of the group of companies to the managing directors Dr. Reinhard Wollermann-Windgasse and Clive Woodward in 2004.

Jan Willem Jongert joined the Bott Group in January 2018 as Managing Director and Spokesman of the Management Board. In this position, he succeeds Dr. Wollermann-Windgasse, who is retiring from his position.
