Blue Flame opted for the no-drill van racking solution, a system designed for seamless installation in any van size that optimises storage space and equipment accessibility without compromising the vehicle’s structure or electrified systems. The custom racking enhances productivity, supporting Blue Flame’s LEAN processes. Additionally, its crash-tested design provides secure storage, significantly reducing risks during travel and enhancing overall safety for the team.
In addition to the racking, our graphic design team developed visual representations of the proposed design to ensure the final product would deliver a high visual impact on the road while effectively showcasing Blue Flame’s brand. The team opted for an electric blue design featuring distinctive logo markings, creating seamless brand recognition and a striking visual identity.
Each ID. Buzz comes equipped with the innovative bott toolkit, a professional digital handover solution designed to streamline fleet management. Fully customisable to meet your specific needs, it acts as a centralised hub where all vehicle data and essential information are securely stored and easily accessible through your smart device.
The transition to electric vehicles (EV) marks a significant step for Blue Flame, replacing 20 out of their 55 diesel vans with zero-emission models. This switch is expected to save approximately 60 tonnes of CO₂ each year and reduce diesel mileage by over 200,000 miles, bringing Blue Flame closer to its vision of an all-electric fleet.
