Job Purpose
Supported by Group so working alongside colleagues from Marketing, Sales Enablement, Product Management and Marketing, you will ultimately be responsible for creating the UK sales strategy for the ELABO product and delivering to those agreed objectives - identifying, evaluating and delivering new opportunities for the ELABO product which in turn will make it a long term, profitable, growing sales channel
Personal Profile & Skills
- Experience in Business Development or similar role (at least 5 years) with a focus on new business sales and revenue growth within a technical / electrical engineering setting
- Channel sales experience (at least 5 years)
- Fluent in German – spoken and written
- Experience in marketing research and competitor analysis
- Experienced with CRM systems
- SME experience – used to working in an agile and fast-paced setting
- Have a professional demeanour, capable of fostering client relationships
- Demonstrable track record of revenue growth and performance against targets
- Capable of operating independently
- Intuitive and insightful
- Able to ask intelligent questions that help to uncover and qualify opportunities
- Professional yet affable, with excellent communication skills
- Strong networking skills
- Able to find and use various tools to research the market
- Able to forecast revenue accurately and manage risks accordingly
- Experience of onboarding new customers and partners and ensuring smooth transitions to the internal team
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Ability to regularly travel to ELABO, Germany for training and meetings
- Flexibility for occasional travel to other bott sites in the UK and abroad.
- Valid passport & driving licence

Hours:
37 hours per week – Monday - Friday
Hybrid – Field based + Ashby + Home - occasional travel required to other bott and ELABO sites within the UK and abroad

Salary: Circa £60,000 per annum depending on skills and experience + 20% OTE
