Our Service and Delivery team is crucial in managing projects and orders whilst maximising customer experience. To support us we are looking for dynamic, customer-focused individuals to join us as Customer Support Managers.

Our Benefits

With over 90 years of experience, Bott is the leading provider of commercial vehicle conversions and workshop storage solutions across Europe. We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our dedicated Service and Delivery team based in Ashby De La Zouch, Leicestershire.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Provide order management support to customers and the Direct Sales team.
  • Maintain relationships with nominated funders/leasing companies.
  • Communicate regularly with the Direct Sales team and internal and external stakeholders, logging details, including order and project updates in CRM system, SAP, and via SmartSheet(s).
  • Manage communications between internal and external stakeholders regarding order requirements and updates
  • Ascertain the customer requirements and respond effectively to meet these needs; communicating any risks to the Direct Sales team.
  • Create and maintain accurate build plans, considering internal resource and capacity alongside the impact on external stakeholders and supply chains.
  • Attend customer calls and support actions requested by the Direct Sales team.

Essential Skills;

  • Previous account/project management experience
  • Ability to communicate at all appropriate levels of business.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Strong accuracy and analytical skills.
  • Experience of Microsoft and relevant CRM system.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal relationship skills.

The hours of work are 37 hours over 4.5 days (Monday - Friday)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,000.00-£34,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

  • Loyalty bonus
  • Quarterly bonus
