Your Role:
- Reception & Hospitality Support: Assist in greeting visitors, managing calls, and providing hospitality cover. Developing excellent customer support and communication skills.
- Administrative Support: Provide daily assistance with data entry, reporting, and project management to ensure smooth business operations.
- Cross-Departmental Support: Gain exposure within various teams, including Service & Delivery, In-life Support, Procurement, Finance, Site Services, and HR; learning the processes that keep bott Ltd at the forefront of the industry.
What we’re looking for:
- Enthusiasm to learn and develop in a business environment.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A flexible and proactive approach as you will be working within various teams.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Someone who is committed to start a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship from September 2025.
The hours of work are 37 hours over 4.5 days (Monday - Friday)
